Business Development Representative (German-Speaking)

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new clients, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with clients in the German-speaking market.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads and inquiries, promptly responding to customer queries and providing relevant information about our products and services
  • Take the main responsibility for generating quotes to incoming inquires from new and existing German customers
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams, to sell Alfotech's offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to offer tailored solutions and create compelling proposals that address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, to provide insights and growth opportunities for better ads and marketing content
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, effectively managing negotiations, and overcoming objections to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and update the CRM system with relevant information to track progress and ensure seamless communication within the team

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment within the technical or industrial sector
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, coupled with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus (we will provide training in our ERP NAV software)
