Clamp connector PP

Application:

The Clamp connector in PP plastic is specifically designed to meet the liner requirements for single-use components in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

It is the ideal assembly solution for the pharmaceutical industry and the perfect choice for disposable assemblies and aseptic hose connections.

The clamp end makes it easy to connect hygienic silicone or other hoses to tube connections or hoses equipped with a clamp end.

Construction:

The Clamp connector is made of polypropylene and manufactured in an ISO-7 certified cleanroom. 

Supplied in packs of 10 units, which are double wrapped to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

• Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
• Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

• Store in original packaging when possible
• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
• Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
