Clamp end cap PP

Application:

Clamp end cap made of PP plastic is developed to meet specific liners for single-use components in biotechnological and pharmaceutical applications.

The end cap allows for easy blocking of flow in medical or pharmaceutical installations.

Construction:

The end cap is made of polypropylene and manufactured under ISO-7 certified cleanroom conditions. Each unit is supplied in packs of 10, which are double wrapped to ensure sterile handling.

Sterilization:

• Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
• Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

• Store in original packaging when possible
• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
• Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
