Cross connector PP

Application:

The cross hose connector made of PP is specially developed to fulfil the liners for single-use components in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.

The cross hose connector allows you to mount 4 separate hoses. The Cross Hose Connector is the optimal assembly solution for the pharmaceutical industry and an ideal choice for both single-use assemblies and aseptic hose connections.

Construction:

The hose collector is made of polypropylene and manufactured in an ISO-7 certified cleanroom.

It is supplied in packs of 10, which are double wrapped to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

Store in original packaging when possible
Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
