Reducer PP

Application:

Reducer made of PP plastic, specially developed to meet the liner requirements for single-use components in biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry.

The reducer is ideal for mounting two different dimensions of hose, for example cleanroom produced silicone hose. The solution is often used in the medical and biotech industry.

Construction:

The reducer is made of polypropylene and produced and packed in an ISO-7 certified cleanroom. It is delivered in packs of 10, which are double packed to ensure aseptic handling.

Sterilization:

Autoclave up to 135˚C for a maximum of 30 minutes
Gamma irradiation up to 50 KGy

Storage Conditions:

Store in original packaging when possible
Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
Avoid exposure to stress or harsh chemicals
Suitable for warehouse conditions between 5°C and -40°C

Standards:

FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 , USP <88> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vivo) and USP <87> Biological Reactivity Tests (In Vitro), REACH, RoHS, TSE/BSE free. The connection is free from melamine, phthalates, and Bisphenol A.
