Versatile selection of valves, taps and spray guns for the process industry
As your stockist partner with more than 35 years of industry experience, we specialise in technical components and specialised solutions for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. With our wide selection of industrial hoses, mechanical seals and fittings, we can meet most of the needs and demands you may have for your production.
On this page, you will find a wide range of valves, taps and spray guns. All products are of the highest quality and are suitable for a wide range of applications in the process industry.
Precise flow control with robust valves
The primary function of a valve is to shut off and regulate the flow of liquids and gases without the risk of leakage or contamination. Because process environments place high demands on corrosion resistance, we supply solutions in stainless steel (AISI 304/316) that can handle everything from sensitive foodstuffs to aggressive cleaning agents.
To ensure optimal operation, you need to know the difference between the primary technologies in your setup. Our selection includes:
- Butterfly valves: A space-saving and hygienic solution that is ideal for dairy tube installations and dairy tubes where quick disassembly and efficient cleaning are priorities.
- Non-return valves: Protects your system against unwanted backflow. The valve is designed with a unidirectional flow that ensures that different media such as oil and water never mix.
- Ball valves (shot-off valves): The classic ball valve, also known as a shot-off valve, is the first choice for quickly shutting off liquids, gases and saturated vapours under high pressure or vacuum.

Valves for process control and sampling
In a complex process line, components are needed that go beyond standard shut-off. When you need to ensure product quality through continuous monitoring or handle specific media under pressure, choosing the right valve is key to your overall process integrity. Our range of specialised valves in AISI 316 stainless steel includes cock valves, which are a robust solution for shutting off liquids, gases or saturated vapours. Because these are constructed in a design without compromise, they ensure a tight and reliable connection that can withstand many years of industrial use.
For tasks where you need to document your process, we offer sampling valves, which are specifically designed to take representative samples of your media under sterile conditions. By using a dedicated sampling valve, you avoid compromising the integrity of the entire batch, minimising the risk of rejected production and non-approved audits.
Professional industrial guns for hygienic cleaning
Cleaning is an integral part of everyday life, and the spray gun is a key tool for your overall resource consumption. An inefficient cleaning process not only costs water and chemicals, but also valuable production time. By choosing professional equipment designed for industrial use, you make the process both faster and more efficient for your employees.
Our range of industrial spray guns includes solutions optimised for both low and high-pressure cleaning, so you can always match the equipment to the specific loads in the process line:
- AFT low-pressure gun RL204: A robust and reliable spray gun designed specifically for low-pressure tasks where precise control and durability in a demanding environment are required. Working pressure up to 200 bar.
- AFT spray gun: A very popular model in our range, as it combines low weight with the ability to handle a working pressure of up to 24 bar.
- Heavy Duty spray gun: The obvious choice for the most demanding tasks, where the stepless adjustment of the jet with 0–60 degrees spread gives you full control over water consumption.
- AFT high-pressure water gun ST-2600: The ideal solution for demanding high-pressure tasks where power and reliability are the foundation for effective cleaning. You can use it for cleaning tasks with a working pressure of up to 310 bar.
To achieve the most effective hygiene, you can put together the ultimate cleaning kit that combines the right components for your environment. Because the right selection of cleaning equipment reduces time consumption and ensures a consistently high standard of hygiene, it is the logical choice to match the spray gun to the specific task in your production.

Frequently asked questions
What should I bear in mind when choosing a spray gun for my system?
You should particularly take into account the maximum pressure, temperature, desired water flow rate and the type of medium (water, possibly with cleaning agents) and whether the spray gun may be exposed to steam. In addition, ergonomics, adjustable spray pattern and choice of materials are important for both the working environment and service life.
What pressure and temperature ranges can your spray guns operate within?
Depending on the model, standard-pressure spray guns can operate at up to approx. 24 bar and temperatures of around +80 to +90 °C. Foam guns for cleaning systems can, in some cases, handle even higher pressures and water volumes, e.g. up to 200 bar.
How do I choose the right valve type for my application?
The choice depends on the medium (liquid, gas, viscosity), temperature, pressure, desired flow control and hygiene requirements. As a rule of thumb, butterfly valves are often used for on/off control in pipes, ball valves for safe shut-off and control valves/needle valves for more precise flow control.
Are your valves and taps compatible with existing piping systems and standards?
Yes, the range includes DIN and ISO weld ends, dairy pipes, DIN Clamp and pipe threads, so they can be integrated into most existing process plants. This makes it possible to upgrade or replace individual components without extensive pipework modifications.
