Our range of industrial spray guns includes solutions optimised for both low and high-pressure cleaning, so you can always match the equipment to the specific loads in the process line: 

• AFT low-pressure gun RL204: A robust and reliable spray gun designed specifically for low-pressure tasks where precise control and durability in a demanding environment are required. Working pressure up to 200 bar. 
• AFT spray gun: A very popular model in our range, as it combines low weight with the ability to handle a working pressure of up to 24 bar.  
• Heavy Duty spray gun: The obvious choice for the most demanding tasks, where the stepless adjustment of the jet with 0–60 degrees spread gives you full control over water consumption. 
• AFT high-pressure water gun ST-2600: The ideal solution for demanding high-pressure tasks where power and reliability are the foundation for effective cleaning. You can use it for cleaning tasks with a working pressure of up to 310 bar.

You should particularly take into account the maximum pressure, temperature, desired water flow rate and the type of medium (water, possibly with cleaning agents) and whether the spray gun may be exposed to steam. In addition, ergonomics, adjustable spray pattern and choice of materials are important for both the working environment and service life.

Depending on the model, standard-pressure spray guns can operate at up to approx. 24 bar and temperatures of around +80 to +90 °C. Foam guns for cleaning systems can, in some cases, handle even higher pressures and water volumes, e.g. up to 200 bar.

The choice depends on the medium (liquid, gas, viscosity), temperature, pressure, desired flow control and hygiene requirements. As a rule of thumb, butterfly valves are often used for on/off control in pipes, ball valves for safe shut-off and control valves/needle valves for more precise flow control.

Yes, the range includes DIN and ISO weld ends, dairy pipes, DIN Clamp and pipe threads, so they can be integrated into most existing process plants. This makes it possible to upgrade or replace individual components without extensive pipework modifications.
