LKH mechanical seal, double

Application:

LKH mechanical seal (double) for Alfa-Laval LKH pumps 5-60.
Used in situations where there is possibility of dry run or for products that can crystallize between the seal plates.

Construction:

• The mechanical seal is an open type
• Provided with an O-ring, which partly drives the rotating part, and partly acts as secondary seal around the shaft
• Extra set of gaskets in the form of O-ring and lip seal
• Is not directional
• The compression spring is open

Quality:

• Spring in stainless steel
• Gaskets in either nitrile, EPDM, or Viton rubber
• The slide ring is in carbon or silicon
• The seat is made of silicon
