Alichem CLC/10

Application:

Chemical hose suitable for light chemical liquids and CIP cleaning.
The hose can also be used for non-fatty foods.

Construction:

Alichem CLC/10 is a very flexible suction and pressure hose made of smooth EPDM on the inside. The hose is corrugated and built around a steel spiral.

• Exterior: durable and weather resistant synthetic rubber
• Reinforced with several layers of polyester

Temperature:

Temperatures from -40°C to +120°C depending on the media.
Can be sterilized at +140°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), GB 4806.11-2023, FDA Standards 177.2600, D.M. 21/03/73 as well as BfR. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
