Prochim SPL/10-UPE

Application:

Prochim SPL/10-UPE is a chemical hose ideal for suction and pressure when transporting a wide range of chemicals. Suitable for use on tankers or applications in the chemical industry.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Prochim SPL/10-UPE is made with UPE liner on the inside and EPDM rubber on the outside. The hose is black, neutral, and smooth on the inside and black on the outside.

• Antistatic R <10⁶ Ω and copper wire for dissipation
• Built-in steel spiral and copper wires
• Durable and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -35°C to +100°C.
Resistant to steam up to +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: 

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

ATEX approved (INERIS-16-AM-341) for zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
