Thermoclean 100 Antimicrobial

Application:

Hot water hose suitable for rinsing and cleaning tasks in the food industry. Can be used for non-fatty foods.

Construction:

Thermoclean 100 Antimicrobial is built in 5 layers made of PVC. Between the inner and outer layers, the hose is reinforced with a layer of resistant polyester. The hose has a strong blue surface, which can withstand grease, detergents, and radiation. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and blue and smooth on the outside.

• Resistant to grease and conventional cleaning agents
• Insulated with a thermal layer, which reduces the risk of scalding
• Flexible hose and good resistance at high temperatures

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -15°C to +100°C.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU Regulation 10/2011, as well as simulator A, B, and C.

Safety factor:

Maximum up to 30 bar working pressure at + 20°C. Burst pressure of 90 bar.
Maximum up to 15 bar working pressure at + 100°C. Burst pressure of 45 bar.
