Dynamic Cleanroom

Application:

Pharmaceutical hose suitable for high-hygiene transport of food as well as cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical products. Developed specifically to reap the benefits of the technical advantages of PFA combined with both elasticity and heat resistance of silicone.

Construction:

Dynamic Cleanroom is made of PFA inside and with a silicone cover on the outside. The hose is built around a steel spiral for extra great flexibility.

• Reinforced with spiral and several layers of polyester
• Very flexible, both at high and low temperatures
• Parts in contact with the media are white with a smooth surface
• Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +150°C depending on the media.
Can be sterilized at +135°C at 3.5 bar for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), USP Class VI, 3-A Sanitary Standards 20-27, FDA standards, D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments, EU regulations 10/2011, ISO 10993-4, -10, -11, non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993-Part 5, ICH Q3D. The material is free of animal derivatives, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restrictions according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
