Application:

Antistatic pharmaceutical hose suitable for transportation of cosmetics, pharmaceutical and flammable products. Developed especially for flammable media. Designed to ensure electrostatic discharge not only on the surface, but also through the hose wall.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Dynamic Safe-Tech is made of PFA on the inside and EPDM on the outside.
Developed to ensure discharge of electricity and not only on the surface but also through the hose wall.

• Externally marbled with low coefficient of friction; antistatic to <10⁶ Ω
• Parts in contact with the media are black and with smooth surface
• Built-in spiral and copper wires
• Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -20°C to +65°C depending on the media.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 4 times working pressure.
Not autoclavable.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), USP Class VI, FDA standards, UNI EN ISO 10993, and EU Regulations No. 10/2011. The material is free of animal derivatives, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restrictions according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.

In accordance with EN 12115:2011. ATEX approved (INERIS-DRA-20-200870-02408A) for zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
