Food Steam

Application:

Hose suitable for transporting non-fatty foods, hot water, and steam up to +164° C.

NOTE: The hose must NOT be used for trapped steam.

Construction:

Food Steam is made of smooth EPDM both inside and out. The hose has blue or red canvas structure.

  • Reinforced with synthetic fabric and several layers of polyester
  • Inside the hose is white and smooth
  • Ozone and weather-resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -40°C to +164°C.

Safety factor:

At 95°C and with 20 bar pressure, the burst pressure is ≥ 3 times the working pressure.
At 164°C and with 6 bar pressure, the burst pressure is ≥ 10 times the working pressure.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA Standards 177.2600, D.M. 21/03/73 as well as BfR. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
