Perhaps you were wondering if you had all the necessary equipment for after the Easter break or if some of your process hoses could use a replacement before the winter break? Many others probably had the same thoughts.
We set out to find the most popular products for the first months of the year and our analysis revealed a mix of new hits and old favorites. Here we give you an insight into the five most popular products for spring 2024.
1. Foam Cleaner cleaning hose
New cleaning hose? Look no further than the Foam Cleaner with robust construction, long lifetime, and resistance to corrosion and high working pressure. With it in your arsenal, you'll improve hygiene, production efficiency and work ergonomics, resulting in lower maintenance costs and fewer injuries.
2. Sampling valve
It was in our TOP3 of customer favorite valves for 2023 and continued its popularity into 2024 – for good reasons. Made of high-quality AISI 316L steel and with a robust PTFE gasket, the sampling valve is the perfect companion for sampling in highly hygienic environments, for example in pharmaceutical production. Available with and without rinsing connection for easy cleaning after use.
3. Shatterproof FEP sight glass
As a high-performance fluoroplastic material, FEP is chemically resistant, insulating, non-stick and highly durable. As it’s highly resistant to both organic and inorganic liquids, many of our customers have discovered the food-grade FEP tubing's excellent properties as shatterproof sight glass, an advantage that traditional sight glass variants with borosilicate glass don’t have.
4. Dynamic Cleanroom
Once again one of our most popular silicone hoses, which is understandable. Constructed with a built-in PFA liner and silicone cover, our food-grade Dynamic Cleanroom is highly hygienic, temperature tolerant and chemical resistant. If you have extra high requirements for your process equipment in pharmaceutical or chemical production, it doesn't get much better than this.
5. 2-piece hose guard
We already covered its highlights in March 2023 in connection with the product launch, but it was only a year after its popularity really took off. Due to its simple construction, sublime resistance and the possibility to use it for color coding, several customers have chosen it to protect the hose and its components. And understandably so; a relatively small investment when you consider how much it contributes to extending service life!
