AFT reusable hose couplings, ISO weld end

Application:

Replaceable fitting with weld end for product hoses to be connected to equipment where the requirement is a very high level of hygiene. The fitting can be maintained when the hoses become defective and need to be replaced.

Construction:

The fitting consists of a connection piece and a sleeve that are pressed together under great pressure and thus creates a strong and very smooth transition between the hose and the fitting.

• Supplied with weld end
• Connections between 25.0 mm and up to 76.0 mm

Quality:

The connection piece is made of stainless steel AISI 316 with a surface roughness inside of R 0.8 µ and provided with batch number. The sleeve is made of stainless steel AISI 304.
