Antistatic Teflon hose of corrugated PTFE with stainless steel braid.

Application:

Universal hose suitable for transporting food and pharmaceutical products. Developed especially for transporting liquids, where great demands are made on temperature, pressure, or chemical influence.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

The hose is made inside of a corrugated PTFE hose and on the outside, it is protected with stainless steel braid AISI 304 (also available in AISI 316). The hose, which is ATEX-approved, has good mechanical properties and is suitable for applications with high temperatures up to +260°C or down to -73°C without loss of mechanical properties. The hose has a high tensile strength and is non-toxic.

• Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -73°C to +260°C.
The hose can be autoclaved.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

FDA-approved (Title 21 CFR 177.2600), EC 1935/2004, USP Class VI, EU Regulation 10/2011, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and RoHS directive.

ATEX approved (EN ISO 8031:2009 and CLC/TR 50404:2003) for zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
