Hygienic ball valve with ISO weld end

Application:

Sanitary ball valve developed for demanding processes and sensitive media within food processing, cosmetics or in the chemical industry. The ball valve has a full passage and can therefore be used in connection with PIG cleaning systems. Compact size with smooth easy-to-clean surface.

Construction:

• Module built and easy to service
• Can be delivered with connection for flush function and integration to CIP system
• Can be delivered with connection for heating, but not at the same time as the cleaning function
• Straight with weld ends, other connections are possible
• Prepared for actuator connection
• Full passage

Quality:

Parts in contact with media are made of stainless steel AISI 316. Other parts made of AISI 304. Gaskets consist of parts made of the material types EPDM, PTFE, and FKM.

Standard:

FDA-approved.

Operating conditions:

• The temperature ranges up to +90°C
• Can be sterilized for up to 30 minutes at max. +130°C
• Pressure: Max. 10 bar
