Sampling valve with rinsing connection

Application:

This sampling valve is engineered for use in scenarios that requires precise sampling to determin taste, visual attributes, and microbiological as well as chemical properties. It is available in four modelse, for different connections such as weld-in/weld-on, threaded/screw-in, or clamp-socket versions.

Construction:

• The Sampling Valve is constructed with a focus on hygiene and cleanability
• Constructed with a rinsing connection for effective rinsing of the sampling valve
• Design confirmed by the EHEDG in 2016 for its excellent cleanability
• Available in four different model with different connection types
• All manually operated variants are available with a lockable handwheel to protect against unauthorized access

Quality:

• Material in contact with product: Stainless Steel AISI 316L (1.4404)
• Inner surface roughness ≤ 0.8 µ
• Seal ring: PTFE

Operating conditions:

• Operating temperature: max 80 °C
• Operating pressure: max. 10 bar
• CIP cleaning up to 90°C for max 30 min.
• Can be sterilized up to 135°C for max 30 min.
