Unifood Flexperform

Application:

Premium flexible beverage hose suitable for transporting beer, alcoholic drinks and other beverages with alcohol up to 13%. The hose can be used for oily and fatty foods.

Construction:

Unifood Flexperform is internally made of a combination of natural rubber and neoprene and externally of EPDM. The hose is reinforced with steel spiral for extra great flexibility. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and red and flat corrugated with canvas structure on the outside.

Ozone, UV, and weather-resistant.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +90°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, EC 2023/2006 (GMP), RoHS, D.M. 21/3/73, EU 2024/3190, EC 1907/2006 (REACH), FDA CFR 21-177.2600, BfR. The material is free from animal derivatives, phthalates and adipates. Supplied with batch number for full traceability.
