Air Food Antistatic

Application:

Air Food Antistatic is a granulate hose suitable as a suction and pressure hose for conveying fatty and non-fat powdered foods such as sugar, wheat, milk powder and flour.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Air Food Antistatic is made of NBR on the inside and synthetic rubber on the outside. The hose is white and smooth on the inside, with blue/black marbled fabric on the outside. The hose is built around a steel spiral for extra great flexibility.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -20°C to +90°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +130°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA, D.M. 21.03.73. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
