Silo/SPL-4BN

Application:

Silo/SPL-4BN is a granulate hose suitable as a suction and pressure hose for transporting granules such as flour, animal feed, grain and other powdery products.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Silo/SPL-4BN is made of natural rubber and reinforced with steel spiral as well as high-strength fabric and copper wire for dissipation of static electricity. The hose is light and smooth with canvas structure on the outside.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +60°C.
Briefly up to +80°C.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA, D.M. 21.03.73, and BgVV. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH) Batch number for full traceability.
