Application:

Special flexible hose for transporting oily foods.

Construction:

HOT Oily Food/10-FLEXPERFORMANCE is made of nitrile both on the inside and outside. The hose is built around 2 steel spirals/helices and reinforced with heat-resistant synthetic fabric. The hose is white and smooth on the inside and flat corrugated with blue canvas structure on the outside.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -20°C to +95°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +135°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA Standards 177.2600, D.M. 21/03/73, and BfR. The material is free of animal derivatives, phthalates, and adipates. Materials are subject to restrictions according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
