Application:

Food hose suitable for transporting liquids, both fatty and non-fatty, such as oils, wine, cider, fruit juice and alcoholic drinks up to 96%.

Construction:

Lightfood/SD is made of synthetic rubber on the inside and synthetic polymer on the outside as well as built around a steel spiral/helix. The hose is clear and smooth on the inside and grey with canvas structure on the outside.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C.
The hose can be sterilized at +120°C for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

The hose is certified according to current FDA standards as well as D.M 21/03/73, EC 1935/2004, and GB 4806.11-2023. The manufacture is free of plasticizers, phthalates, and animal derivates. The material is free of animal derivates, phthalates, and adipates. Materials subject to restriction according to EC 1907/2006 (REACH). Batch number for full traceability.
