Flat PUR-C 335 Food AS

Application:

The Flat PUR-C 335 Food AS hose is suitable for food and pharmacuetical industries. The hose is used, for example, for transport of dry matter such as: rice, grain, flour, sugar, dairy products, coffee, teas, as well as frozen foods. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.

To dissipate any electrostatic charges, the hose should be grounded with the installation.

Construction:

Flat PUR-C 335 Food AS is made of ether-polyurethane. The hose is provided with copper wire for dissipation of static electricity. The hose is smooth both inside and out, suitable for low temperatures and antistatic.

• Resistant to vibrations, microorganisms, and hydrolysis
• Resistant to oils and chemicals
• Antistatic through the hose wall R <10⁹Ω
• Abrasion resistant

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C. Briefly up to +125°C.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

Standards:

The hose complies with EC 1935/2004, 2023/2006/EC (GMP), FDA Standards No. 21 CFR 177.2600, EU Directive 2015/174, RoHS Guidelines, EU Regulation 10/2011, German TRGS 727, and ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC). The hose may be used for suction of explosive dust (zone 22 indoors) and for transport of non-combustible liquids (Zone 1 and 2 - gases).
