Plutone PU Press

Application:

The Plutone PU Press is suitable for transporting food and pharmaceuticals such as pills, granules, powder, beverages, wine, vinegar and spirits with max. 20% alcohol.

Construction:

Plutone PU Press is a flexible hose made of ether-based hygienic thermoplastic TPU and reinforced with polyester fabric and AISI 302 stainless steel spiral. The hose is smooth inside and out, which improves the flow in the hose. It is also transparent, so circulation of the medium is clearly visible. Plutone PU Press is resistant to oils and greases under normal usage conditions.

Temperature:

The temperature ranges from -30°C to +90°C.

Pressure: 

All pressures are stated at the temperature +20°C.

EU Regulation 10/2011/EC (Class A, B, and C), USP Class VI, and FDA-approved (Title 21 CFR 177.2600).

Safety factor:

Safety factor: ≥ 3 times working pressure.
